These images will help you imagine custom jewelry that you might want. One special thing that I can do is render some photographs into silver. You will see examples of that below. I can also convert your kid's refridgerator drawings into silver! Let your mind wander and see what you might like done in silver just for you.
NOTE: my custom jewelry process is highly interactive. It's that way for good reason - so that you get exactly what you want! You make choices along the way, guided by my input. But they are your decisions. So, if you are having me make a gift for someone, you can tell the truth when you say you were part of the design team!
Normally, my client gives me a photograph, but I can also do the photography for folks in the CA Bay Area.
It was important to this client that the black and white of their coats be shown in the silver. However, since their faces are predominantly black, and so are their eyes and noses, some creativity was in order! I made the dogs in bas relief and then hand painted the coats and pillow. Doing so allowed their cute faces to shine through and yet show the black and white of their coats.
Back in the day, stamps were tiny engraved works of art. The 1930's in France was no exception. Air mailing anything was a big deal at the time. Notice that each stamp is a lovely representation of flight. I made the toggle piece in the shape of a propeller to keep with the theme. I cut the other part of the toggle to have the same kind of edges that the stamps have.
With their permission, I took their regular logo, cropped it a bit, and then added an organic form around it. Doing so allowed me to make a second unique piece of jewelry for them.
